Karin Konoval is a highly accomplished actress with a knack for disappearing into complex, sometimes non-human, roles. Karin portrayed an orangutan named Maurice in the Planet of the Apes films. Karin is also a painter, a photographer, a dancer, and a writer. Her latest book, On Constance, is the story of her journey to, and then through, the remarkable city of New Orleans for four months in 2013.
